Depression
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes you may feel as if life isn’t worth living.
Depression isn’t a weakness and you can’t simply “snap out” of it.

Anxiety
Anxiety is the mind and body’s reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It’s the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread you feel before a significant event. A certain level of Anxiety helps us stay alert and aware, but for those suffering from an anxiety disorder, it can be completely debilitating.

Grief & Loss
Grief is a natural response to loss. It’s the emotional reaction when something or someone you love is taken away. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. You may experience all kinds of unexpected emotions, from shock or anger to disbelief, guilt, and profound sadness.
The pain of grief can disrupt your health, sleep, eating, or even thoughts. The more significant the loss, the more intense your grief will be.

Family
Family therapy works with families and couples to nurture change and development. It tends to view change in terms of the systems of interaction between the members of the family or couple.
