Psychotherapy is an investment that provides individuals with the necessary tools to eliminate or control difficult symptoms to increase functioning and well-being. We are a private pay practice to ensure autonomy and individualized private care. We accept credit/debit, out-of-network benefits, HSA, FSA. An Invoice (Superbill) provided upon request to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, if I am out of network with your insurance provider.

Insurance Plans Accepted:

I have limited slots for clients who want to use their insurance. I accept BCBS, Aetna, and United Healthcare.

Why Private Pay?

Therapy is your business and your prerogative. Most insurances require to know your diagnosis, that will remain on your permanent health record, and often determines how long you can receive services. How and when you receive therapy should be totally up to you and your therapist. At Agape, we believe that your quality of care should not undergo stipulations and should be tailored to your specific needs.

Fees:

» Initial Clinical Assessment (55 mins) $150

» Individual Therapy Session (55 mins) $125

» Family Therapy Session (55 mins) $150

» Support Groups (75 mins) $40

» No-show (full cost of booked session)/Late Cancellation (with less than 24-hour notice – $100)

» Concierge therapy – $270
Sevices will include:

• • meeting at a location of your choice (in-home, walk and talk, out in the community, online, by phone)
  • access to schedule same day sessions within concierge service time 7am-8pm (must book directly with therapist via phone)
  • more time allotted to discuss & process needs (up to 90 min session)
  • 2 check-in phone calls in-between scheduled sessions (up to 20 mins each)

No Surprises Act:

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
